We are looking for a Theme Leader for an exciting government agency assignment

Assignment Description

The role involves acting as the main coordinator for USAF – The Agency's Developed Analytical Capability. The assignment focuses on supporting a strategic shift, with the aim of developing the agency's ability to use information as a strategic resource, focusing on long-term value, reliability, accessibility, integrity, and appropriate use in the organization's management, follow-up, control, and analysis.

The role involves coordinating, structuring, and following up on work related to the shift in close collaboration with relevant business areas, IT, analytics, architecture, and management. The assignment focuses on direction, governance, prioritization, and follow-up rather than operational delivery.

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional experience in leading and coordinating complex changes
• At least 5 years of professional experience working with agile transformation
• At least 1 year of current professional experience in the strategic development of analytical capability in a large organization with at least 5,000 employees.
• Professional experience in leading or coordinating business-critical platform migrations in large organizations with at least 5,000 employees. (From pre-study and target state to implementation, rollout, and established governance.)
• Professional experience in having led a critical digitalization initiative at a government agency

Desirable Qualifications

• Professional experience in creating business value with data, analytics, and AI
• Professional experience in platform migration
• Professional experience with Informatica
• Professional experience from a government agency with at least 10,000 employees
